Privacy policy

Nevaeh Technical Solutions Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops Tonk Rivals. This policy covers our Android game, our handling of support requests, and this privacy website. Skillz operates the competition services integrated into the game and has its own privacy policy.

What information is used, and why

Game progress on your device

The game stores settings such as sound, music, vibration and accessibility preferences, your local player name, practice history, saved games and recent practice moves. It also stores match identifiers, game state and score-submission status to complete or recover a competition. This information supports gameplay, saves your preferences and helps avoid losing a completed result.

Practice works offline. The public release does not send your practice saves to a Nevaeh game server, and it does not include the development version’s private-table connection tools.

Competition information

Play Now opens Skillz. The game receives a match identifier and shared challenge data, and sends the completed score through the Skillz SDK. Skillz provides account, player-matching and tournament services. The computer is part of the challenge; tournament scores are compared with other human players.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem and maintain support records. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity documents to our support email.

This website

This page has no account form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts added by us. Our hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Links to other services are subject to those services’ policies.

Skillz and device permissions

The integrated Skillz SDK may process account and device information, IP address, gameplay and diagnostic information, and location information for its services and eligibility checks. Payment or identity information, when applicable to enabled Skillz services, is handled by Skillz and its providers. We do not collect payment details in our game interface.

SDK processing can occur when the SDK initializes or is used. Offline Practice does not mean that every integrated service is disconnected when your device is online. Permission availability and requests depend on your device and enabled services. You can review permissions in Android Settings.

For the details of Skillz’s collection, recipients, retention, international processing and privacy choices, read the Skillz Privacy Policy. You can also use Skillz Support for account and tournament questions.

Sharing, retention and security

We use service providers for website hosting and support email. Competition information goes to Skillz through its SDK. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect users and our services. We do not add advertising networks or sell the support messages or local practice data described in this policy.

Local game data remains until it is replaced by newer game records, you clear app storage, or you uninstall the app. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Skillz manages retention for its own records under its policy.

The release app protects competition saves using device-backed encryption and restricts app backups. These measures reduce unauthorized access; no device or online service can guarantee complete security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their policies and applicable requirements.

Your choices: access and deletion

  1. Local game data: On Android, open Settings → Apps → Tonk Rivals → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. This removes local saves and preferences and may prevent recovery of an unfinished game. It does not delete a Skillz account.
  2. Our support records: Email CustomerSupport@nevaehtechnicalsolutions.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you sent us. Identify the request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
  3. Skillz account and competition records: Use the account controls in Skillz or contact Skillz Support. Clearing this app’s data does not remove records held by Skillz.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights relating to information we handle. Legal and security requirements may limit some deletion requests.

Age requirements

Tonk Rivals with Skillz competition is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it. Skillz’s eligibility rules also apply to its services.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
